Hi, I'm Beth Watts

I am passionate about creating learning experiences that lead to real behavior change — not just knowledge transfer. Over the years, I've discovered that I thrive when collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Building strong relationships comes naturally to me, and it's a big part of why I love being involved in projects from start to finish. Along the way, I've had the chance to meet so many interesting people — an experience that has made this work especially meaningful to me. 

One of my favorite parts of the job is taking an existing program, digging in with thoughtful questions, and uncovering what the learning experience should be — not just what it has been. No matter the project, I’m always advocating for the learner and thinking about their journey. My background is rooted in science, and I've had the opportunity to work on Continuing Medical Education (CME) content and medical writing projects. Through these experiences, I discovered how much I love taking complex, technical topics and transforming them into clear, engaging, and truly meaningful learning experiences. 

Whether I'm designing, analyzing, or consulting, I approach every project with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to creating learning that sticks.
